Hello peeps,

a bit more than one month ago, I bought Mavic mini pro 3 from a store in Bali and I would say that I did not use that much so far.
But suddenly I realized that there are black lines on the screen that make it difficult to fly the drone comfortably.
One of them always is on the screen, never gone but the other one is twinkling, and It is pretending like I'm touching the screen to change settings that are on the screen at that time.

I do not know what I should do really. Pls, someone from the DJI team give me information on what the first step would be.

1st step is upload pics we can see...

Without seeing the pics sounds like a cracked/damaged screen

Are the lines visible when the RC is on, but the Drone is switched off?  Without the pictures it's hard to visualise what you mean.

Guess he post it on a Google drive but forgot to share the files.
Right click on a blanc picture and copy URL to new page,  you'll see...

I apologize for the inconvenience, I think it was a problem because I got it from the mail content.
I just uploaded images now and they only appear on the screen when I start the RC, there is no damage on the screen.

That doesn't look good. I think you better contact DJI ...

Can you try another phone? Just to eliminate that possibility.

Yep, some days I am blind.
SEND IT BACK!!!

That needs to go back to DJI That is a connection issue for those 2 pixel lines of the screen. It appears they are not being powered.
