Apó atualização 1.6.9 meu Dji Fly não abre mais. nem aceita uptodown. Poderiam me ajudar?

I have the same problem.  I have a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra with Android 12 and today the app crashed and didn't work anymore.  I have already tried the following procedures:

1. I cleared the app cache;
2. I deleted the app data;
3. I uninstalled the app and turned off the phone to reinstall, once reinstalled it didn't work either.

It is important to note that today I downloaded the most current version (Android V 1.6.8) of the app from the DJI website and after installation the app still does not open.

Importante observar que hoje mesmo fiz o download da versão mais atual do app no site da Dji e ainda assim após a instalação e app não abre.

Estou com o mesmo problema, meu Smatphone é um Galaxy S22 Ultra, usei o DJI Fly por alguns dias e depois disso não abre mais, percebi que o DJI GO 4 está com o mesmo problema.

Troquei meu celular para um M52 Sansung e o problema permanece mesmo com Android 12

Também tenho um Sansung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra e meu aplicativo não abre. Ontem abri a tarde e atualizei e hoje quando fui usar não consegui abrir. Aparece a mensagem que esse app possui um bug.
Já desistalei  e instalei várias vezes e nada.

Me parece que a DJI ainda nao lançou suporte para o Android 12

I have the beta DJI fly app v1.6.12  (DJI-v1.6.12-220807-664-53092-official-sec) given to me by a DJI mod on the Reddit forums that should fix some compatibility issues. I posted the download link below. Hope it helps.

Estou com o mesmo problema, meu celular é um Samsung A21S e meu app é o DJI Go 4. O aplicativo não abre mais depois que atualizei meu dispositivo para o Android 12.

Obrigado a todos pelas dicas. Sou novo aqui no fórum. Há alguns anos tenho o Mavic Pro e agora comprei um Mini 3 Pro. No meu Huawei P30 Pro com Android 9 não consigo sequer instalar qualquer uma das versões do aplicativo DJI Fly acima, já tentei as versões v. 1.6.9, v. 1.6.10 e v. 1.6.12. A DJI diz que o aplicativo é compatível a partir do Android 6 e o meu telefone está na lista de compatibilidade. Alguém tem alguma dica? Obrigado.

O aplicativo do meu Mavic 2 pro DJI GO 4 não reconhece o drone. Aparece até o carregamento mas ele não entra na tela principal já com a câmera. O celular que sempre usei nele é Android e não sei pq deu este problema. Já fiz de tudo e não resolveu.
