Hi,
My firend bought two Mavic Air 2 drones from official online DJI store.
His drone was successfully activated, but I am unable to activate mine, due to 1112 error - activation prohibited.
After 10 days of ping-pong over email with the support, sending serial numbers, photos, invoices, they claim drone with this serial number was refunded and that's why activation is prohibited.
We didn't refund the drone, if it was refunded it would have been in DJI warehouse not in my hands.
This is just unbelievable, anyone had similar issue with the drone activation and dji support?
