just a quick question.
As I understood when I want to transfer data from drone to Mobile/PC I have to unfold it no matter which transmission method I´m using, and in most cases also have to turn it on (unless when I´m taking out the memory card).
Do I have to remove the protector from the camera / gimbal also (I also have this soft pad behind the gimbal to protect it further), or does the drone check this and just deactivate the gimbal / cam in that case ?

It´s tedious to make the drone somehow ready to fly when I just want to transfer data.
