Has anyone else experienced this with the latest firmware?

We're experiencing it every time we fly now.

Put the drone up, start taking photos, all of a sudden the photo button stops making a noise and BOTH controllers restart simultaniously.

Takes 10-20 seconds for the controllers to reboot an reconnect and the drone doesn't move, but it's risky and unusable in it's currently state.

We've grounded ours until a hot fix is sorted and/or the firmware rolled back.

Needs addressing ASAP.

Yes I flew a 24 acre site last Saturday 7-30-2022 and it happened to me 6 times. Aircraft continued mission and everything was good with the data. However and this is a BIG however, not having control of my M300 for that timeframe is unacceptable and dangerous. DJI needs to fix it immediately

I've had this happen a few times as well. To me it seemed most frequent when i tried to switch views.

For me it was a combination of switching views and aircraft entering the area. I was flying in an area close to an airport under LAANC approval and unlocked by DJI. Sure does seem like it's getting more and more difficult to do anything with DJI products.

yes we had similar problems with that firmware . We downgraded  RC  to prior firmware to be able to fly. Waiting for DJI to lauch a new update to fix this.

the problems described in this and other threads started from the first release of "DJI Pilot 2" for M300RTK (about 3 months ago).

Matrice 300 RTK is an ENTERPRISE product and almost everyone uses it for professional purposes and can potentially cause users to suffer financial and legal damage due to its malfunction. Internationally, UAVs of this mass are regulated as AIRCRAFT.

I seriously believe that DJI, as is commonly done for manned aircraft, should immediately issue an official SAFETY NOTICE asking users to stop taking off the M300RTK until they have downgraded the UAS and sensor firmware to the version released  on 2020.03.14.

Aircraft Firmware: v03.01.00.14

Zenmuse H20/H20T: v03.00.01.02
Zenmuse P1: v03.00.01.04
Zenmuse L1: v03.00.02.00

If they will not do it in the next few days I think we should start discussing a new thread "A professional alternative to DJI Enterprice products"

We've only been experiencing issues with the latest firmware. No prior issues with pilot 2.

Apparently there’s a new firmware upgrade to fix this issue. I am updating as we speak.
