I have a DJI Mavic Mini that I aquired two years ago, never had problems with it and I have enjoyd using it for aireal photography and video of events and surf as i live by the Atlantic  coast of Portugal.
Unfortunatly while filming a group of friends playing live music in a local beach bar in the open air I flew to a hight of around 12 feet to obtain a horizontal shot of the band well away from members of the public when an individual appeared from beind me and decided to attack the drone under the influence of alchool, resulting in bringing the drone down.
The drone did not show signs of major damege but the GPS stoped working.
I tried to reiniciate the software and got a message error 30008 that refers to luck of GPS conection.
i took the drone to the principal DJI center in Lisbon at the Colombo Shopping Center to be told that they cannot repair it, and it as to be sent to Holland to be repaired.
Is this true?
i cannot belive that a product sold by DJI in Europe, can only be repaired in Holland, and if so is not a very good and relaiable support service.
i need some help please.
