Dear djy natalia, i have no idea how to write a pm as there is no option. But please send me a beta of the dji fly and mimo app for s 20 fe 5g to get it runbibg again.

Same issue here, app closes right after i start it.
Samsung S21, DJI FLY app

I have the same issues since yesterday.  My Sansung S22 now won't open the fly app.  Come on DJI an update should have been released by now as this is causing thousands of customers serious problems!!!

There is no error messgge.  The app loads and then disappears within a second.  Thousands of customers are having serious issues now.  We can't open to app to fly.  We have a £1000 paper weight currently.  Urgent firmware update needed to include all the previous phone models.  Mine is the Samsung S22 and it worked fine until yesterday.  Come on DJI!!!!

Hi I am having the same issue as the other users with my oppo A53. The app won't open but seems to run in the background. Uninstall and reinstall has not fixed it. Can you send me the fix in a PM please.

The app works on my oneplus 6 on android 11

Same problem here. After the latest firmware update the app won`t open on the phone (OnePlus 8T). It worked just fine before the update

Même soucis avec Samsung S20 + DJI Fly et DJI MIMO !!
Il semble donc bien qu'il y ait  un soucis avec une MAJ de bibliothèques Google...
Dans un autre poste, on parle de la version 1.6.12 qui semble marcher...
Il faut, semble-t-il, la demander en PM à DJI Natalia...

DJI Fly app not working on Samsung S20. Reinstall didnt help. Same problem on friends phone Samsung s22.

The best would be that DJI update the DJI Fly web page with this new version...

What is silly is the night before my scheduled flight I tested and was able to fly no issue
The next day I arrive on construction site only to find it wont open
I get the same error as everyone else
I have heard and seen an admin give out the APK that works with Android 12 - instead of PMing it to folks - it would be great to have the APK posted for all

Same issue. The app worked fine yesterday. Then last night it would not connect. I uninstalled and reinstalled the APP. Now get the message " DJI Fly closed because the App has a bug, Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error"
I need help from DJI. Please contact me ASAP or give me my money back. Love the drone but its now useless without the App.

I sent an MP, but I'm not sure it got to Natalia correctly.
Pointing to the same problem: Dji Fly closes.

Im experiencing the same issue on my Samsung note 20. I have uninstalled app and downloaded again. But still dont work. Also updated phone. This ruined my day of flying in perfect weather Can someone pm the solution please?

Same issue on OnelPlus 9 Pro (Android 12), both DJI Fly & DJI Mimo
Sent a PM to Natalia but for now I have not had any answer.
I hope a solution will come soon, I had a flight scheduled for tomorrow :-(
