Hi, suddenly yesterday I ve tried to launch the fly app on my phone (Ones plus 9 pro) which unfortunately i won't start, the weird thing is that it seems to work in the background.  Can someone help?

I ve tried to run older versions of Dji Fly 1.6.6 and 1.5.9 and the problem still persists

Exactly the Same here. Oneplus 8 pro Android 12.

Exactly the same also for me > One plus 9 pro with android 12.  I've tryed all the version of App (1.4.8 -1.4.12 - 1.5.1) and the last 1.6.9
Without any known update of the os

Got the same issue now.. was working yesterday and now today it just close as soon as I open it. I did nothing since last time it worked....

I have same issue. Was working fine yesterday and today it crashes for no reason.  I did everything tech 101, reinstall delete cache, reboot... Nothing !!!

Today I did a factory reset to my phone, I download the app and It was working perfectly until I connected it to the controller. As soon it was connected it started again  .So something trigger it when it connects  either with the controller   or the plane.

Just a heads up if the User is aware of the risk of DJI not honoring the warranty of your new drone for using a 3rd party fly app.   the FAA "Aloft Kittyhawk" App found in the google play-store will work on the DJI Mini2 with a fairly good range of about 5 to 6k and it will load and work on any android 12 phone including Motorola phones with android 12. 64 byte.

this is just a alternative for flying your mini 2 until DJI decides to fix the Fly-app so we can use it. as it is now my mini2 is just a desk top paper weight  with the fly-app broke

I have the same problem with OnePlus 8, android 12. And mavic 3.
I did everything possible. I just need to format the cell phone, which I don't want to do... and I had a flight planned today and I couldn't do it... I'll try another phone and it counts.

Hello, I have the same issue, same phone, with a mini 3 pro. I tried uninstalling and with older versions of the apps, but got the same result.

I hope that the people of Dji give us the arguments soon.  And a solution other than formatting and something else...

Dji mimo doesn't work for me either.  looks like it's any Dji app.

I did recover to factory settings my phone but it didn t help. As soon you connect to the plane it starts again.

I've also had that problem with the fly app on my OnePlus 9 pro. I did everything possible, except for the factory reset. But I believe that the factory reset won't do much. When I open the app, it shows the white screen and then closes quickly. Then I get the message shown attached.

another thing that I realized is that the permissions are disabled at all times since less than a minute ago I had authorized the location and storage.

How did you make it work?

I have tried it with a Samsung Galaxy 9 edge and my account and it already worked perfectly.  Could it be that I have a truncated android log file?  or something like that?
