Hey DJI Crew, any news on the Fly App?  It's been quite some time since this started...  I have a Poco X3 Pro cell phone with 6GB ram and plenty storage , I've tried to update,  clear cache, clear all data, uninstall and reinstall.... Nothing works...  You are selling products that cost hundreds of dollars and promote them as devices "for creators"... well creators need their stuff working in order to create...

What's the ETA for this issue to be fixed?


PS: An official sticky thread would probably calm down the flow of new threads being opened constantly for the same issue...

I have the same problem. The help desk thought it was because they had updated the app and it does not automatically update but downloading the app again did not help us. Then they suggested it was our mobile device but like you it was working fine earlier this week. Now there is a suggestion that the engineers are working on it. So we are up in the air. We do not have another device that we can use so wondering if anyone know if you can fly the drone and take video without the app???

DVI Could you please stop telling everyone that you can download the latest Fly app directly from the DJI website. That doesn't work either. The older versions will not install either.
I am using Oppo a53 mobile my Mavic Air 2 worked perfectly until Android 12 came along.

You are CLEARLY AWARE that you have an issue to rectify as its stated by numerous drone owners on the forum.

I know have a £1000.00 drone with accessories that I can't get off the ground.
At least I can use the bag to put my binoculars in.

I installed this and it fixed my issue.

Hell yes send the solution. We choose to buy our items based on reputation and quality. WTF. Someone...Anyobe from DJI help me!
I guess my first clue is there is no direct customer srrvice number on the DJI website. Just incredibly BAD customer service.

App no longer crashes although  when  I go to  Flight Data Center Date, Distance, Altitude, Duration are correct  however the map is not functional.   it is frozen in the ocean off Gabon

SOLVED!! For those having problems with the App crashing. Try downloading the app directly to your computer and then transferring it to your phone or downloading it from google drive. IT WORKED FOR ME!

Hi can you please send me the working apps for both DJI Fly and Mimo. I'm on a trip and require it urgently.

OK so I downloaded the latest version which says it 1.6.10 however on the DJI download site it says its version 1.6.8? once installed it seems to be working?! I haven't tested, but will tomorrow, however at least the app doesn't crash straight away.

hope DJI has sorted this out.

App still crashing one second after opening it on one plus 9 pro.

Do we have an idea on when this will be sorted out?

I was installed 1.6.12  and i back to smile ..... so far so good with this version   (it is working on my Pixel 6 pro  -  android 12)

all apps are down on android 12  i use a s21 ultra and a s20fe i got the fly app to work after downloading but go  go4 and mimo all not working after the latest android update saying apps have a bug and it linked to high battery usage comon dji get this fixed cant use my dji products

And I'm getting the message failed to start several times. Restore it by cleaning the history.

Hi, Everybody! I'm a new user with the following gear:

DJI Mini SE
Moto G30 (Android 12)

Past 15th august I made my first flight using DJI Fly app 1.6.9. and everything was OK.

Yesterday, I updated de app to 1.6.12 and made my second flight.

Regarding the flight logs, it was possible to see the first one with 1.6.9 (everything perferct).

However, after the update, the second flight has not registred and when I go to DJI Fly / Profile, I only see the first flight in the flight list and after select it, you can see nothing, only this world map:



Is there someone with the same problem? What's the meaning of the black box in the center of the map?

Is there a solution for people not on the main Samsungs?  It worked fine on an Oppo Reno 4 Pro until this update, and now the app just loops around and crashes when I turn on the aircraft.  Please help!  I'm on version 1.6.12
