Hello, there. Sorry for your inconvenience. Please perform the troubleshooting steps below and tell us your feedback.
1. Make sure that the camera has been installed correctly and the (mechanical) balance has been adjusted. If the camera is not installed, please install the camera first.
2. Make sure the gimbal is not in sleep mode (For RS 2 and RSC 2 Touchscreen/Screen display indicates the gimbal is in sleep mode);
3. Check whether the gimbal joystick can normally control the gimbal movement; double-click the trigger button to check if the gimbal can return to center; whether the gimbal responds when AutoTune; whether the gimbal responds after turning off the motor pause.
4. If the mechanical balancing and auto-tune have been completed, please check the Ronin app - Motor Parameters - Basic - More. If there is a large difference in the battery level between the three axes (such as -1, 3, 65), please apply for an online repair request and then send the product back.
