I use a OM5 with DJI Mic and iPhone 13 Pro Max
And it works, but I'd like to know DJI's recommended proceedure for balancing the sertup before use each time.

Should I attatch the DJI Mic after powering on the OM5 (with iPhone attacthed)? Or attatch the mic before powering up. (I use in landscape mode)

Also - I always use gimbal "auto calibration" prior to shooting  - but that's a lot of spinning around with the DJI Mic attatched  - and the heavy iPhone 13 pro max....
should I do the gimbal auto calibraton before I attatch the DJI Mic?

It also takes some time to check/adjust the phone after mounting on OM5(Do Not turn it on).

make sure phone is stable and balance on vertical(protrait) position and on landscape. Use compass app to check it.  after you are sure the mount is in place correctly, start DJI MIMO APP and turn on OM5.


Then use DJI MIMO APPs gimbal auto correct function
