Hi there, please can you help! I have recently purchased the Mavic air S2… And have been flying it and getting to grips with it while on holiday… However when I got back today, I've got the message "Document could not be opened - This file is not compatible with QuickTime Player" when doing my usual thing of after shutting down the drone, removing gthe sd card and opening in my Macbook pro M1 .... I read a thread... That said this can happen when the drone has been shut down while still recording which I don't think I did however I reinserted the SD card into the drone and waited… However that didn't fix it either, I can't even get the files onto my MacBook because when I try and move them it says an error occurred moving these files… Have I lost everything I've shot? how do can i fix this?
