Same problem as everyone else DJI FLY working fine yesterday but force closes as soon as launched today. I have tried all suggested  fixes to no avail,  this really is nowhere near good enough DJI. Google pixel 4a5g on android 12.

Same issue for me too
Oppo find x2 pro. I managed to get both DJI go4 and DJI fly working on color os12.  Minor dot update today (12.1 stated as a security update) borked both apps.

I tried turning on develpers USB Debugging and nutta still will not load the app GRRRR

Hi! Both apps, DJI Mimo and DJI fly suddenly did not start anymore on Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra  with android 12, One UI 4.1, google play system update from 1st July and Security Patch from 1st of august. On another Smartphone, Galaxy A51 with Android 12, One UI 4.1, google play system update from 1st may and Security Patch from 1st april both apps run like a charm. Maybe this information helps to fix the problem.

DJI mini 2,
Pixel 4a, and pixel 6a, same,,, app crashing as soon as I launch the app, and it stays running in background.
It may have something to do with the politics between Google play and DJI.

Same thing with me. Samsung S21+ running android 12. DJI Fly app crashes on the splash screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled, but still the same problem.

All DJi apps I Use DJi Go, Go4, MiMo, Ronin, Fly all now crash/close when launched on Note 20 Ultra running Android 12. All had been working just fine for months. Removing them, restart of phone, downloading from DJI website and installing again results in same crash/bug when they are launched.

Yes, Litchi worked for my Mini 2.

I am having the same issue on my s22 Ultra on Android 12. This just started recently, please help me with any sort of fix for this! Thank you!

Same issue today on samsung s22. I bought dji mini 3 pro 1 week ago in paris while flying to Iceland. It worked flawlessly unti yesterday with apk 1.6.9 from dji site. And today, not able to load the app. What kind of joke is this?
I bought this drone to see the vulcano but now I'm very very upset...

I resolved issue with all my DJI Apps crashing (Fly, MIMO, Ronin, Go 4, Go) by performing a factory reset on my Note 20 Ultra phone and then installing the apps again.  Now they all work again even though they are same versions as before. Now I just need to install 60 other apps again and enter passwords for them.

I downloaded and installed and appears to be working for now , at least it loads.

I also turned off allowing google products to make changes to my phone as well just in case.. I can''t trust google not to make a change to kill this app, because I am so far behind now on projects I needed my drone for.

Well do something about it then. This issue is weeks old and is upsetting all pixel users. All you seem to do is apologize and leave us with an expensive ornament!

Dji Fly app not  working. I have a redmi note 10 phone with android 12. The app worked fine and now it crashes when i try to open it.

Version 1.6.12 seems to work on Android 12 recently.
However, last night Android 13 was rolled out and guess what - Dji Fly is the only App that doesn't work

I was running on dji fly app 1.6.9 under android 12 on pixel 5. The app worked as normally. After the update to android 13, the app doenst start. Then i downloaded the version 1.6.10 auf the fly app and now the app starts also on android 13.

Note that DJI Fly Version 1.6.12 was officially posted on DJI download page on 8/17/2022 so you do not need to follow links to google drives anymore. Hopefullly this version will work for many people on their phones and not crash upon opening? Short video I created discussing my hope Version 1.6.12 will resolve issues for many people.

I am having exactly the same problem. It seems be be an android 12 issue for the dji fly app. Is anyone working to fix this? Or is this an effort to sell more controllers that don;t require a phone?
