I am using my Mini 3 Pro together with the DJI RC since a a few weeks, and I love them pretty much. I have had no connection/range issues or similar.
I have only one concern. There are some buttons on the DJI RC which are quite loose.
It is the most noticable in case of the flight mode switch button. I made a short video to demonstrate. If I shake the controller in my hands a little bit, I can even hear that button crackling. The left shoulder button (the record button) is also a bit loose to my taste. Not as noticeable as the mode switch button, but definitely looser than the other shoulder button (focus/shutter).
These are not the end of the world of course, but I feel a little bit unprofessional for the money.
Can someone please check these buttons on the DJI RC? Is it like that with only mine, or is this normal for these buttons?
Your buttons look fine to me, mine are bit fiddly too but they work as they should. I wouldn't worry about it. It does not have the build quality of a Lamborghini but it is only a $ 300 RC from DJI

Same thing here. I also wonder if all units are like these or I got unlucky. Coming from the mini 2 RC, the build quality of the RC pro is underwhelming…

I just got my Air 3 with an RC 2 controller and mine is the same. Seems to be pretty common. I started searching right away lol.
