Hello I was able to use my record button when I plugged the usb-c to usb-c before I did the latest update so can you tell me if
I can go back to the factory settings so that I can use it once again? I ordered the cable for my GH5 that doesn;t fit as well so
I just want to get this working again. Thank you

Hi, did you get an answer? Mine is putting itself into a bizarre position over and over, urgenetly need to go back to factory settings if possible.

Unfortunately I never got one but im still trying because i have features that aren't working properly. If i figure something out ill post it.
