If you had a case number you can track your drone through the app. But 7/10 business days is pretty normal to get a returned drone.
I sent the drone to the local seler, per their advice. At first I tried to solve the issue with dji support in hope, that it will be faster. But I still do not have reply to the last email from dji (for 7 days now).
