Hello,

I was unforturnate enough to have my Mini 3 Pro with decentered lens.

I searched the forum here, and I was not the only one. I have replied to the thread:

But what is more frustrating is lack of responses from support.

2022-07-25 12:12: -> I sent mail to dji support

2022-07-25 12:12: <- request recieved (automat)

2022-07-26 4:36: <- dji values me as a customer and will transfer my email to concerned team

2022-07-29 9:47: -> I sent mail to seller

2022-08-01 2:27: <- dji support wants more info

2022-08-01 9:26: -> I sent my answers (don't think it was needed, but I spent some time to mark pictures to show where the blur occurs)

2022-08-01 12:29: <- seller wants me to sent drone to them for the repair

2022-08-02: I sent the drone to the seller

2022-08-08: Still no answer from dji


I am sad and without the drone. Weather is exceptionally nice and we were going to hikes, where I wanted to use the drone :-(

If you had a case number you can track your drone through the app. But 7/10 business days is pretty normal to get a returned drone.

I sent the drone to the local seler, per their advice. At first I tried to solve the issue with dji support in hope, that it will be faster. But I still do not have reply to the last email from dji (for 7 days now).
