As the title says, I just bought a Mini 3 Pro in Germany a few days ago.

I will be moving to the UK (Great Britain) soon and I see many threads about lack of international warranty ie it's only valid in the country or region where you bought it.

Can I get someone from DJI to clearly state whether Germany and the UK are one and the same as far as warranty is concerned, obviously they are different countries but I am unclear or not whether they fall under the same 'region' or not.

The same question applies also to DJI Care Refresh, if I get it in Germany is it valid in the UK?

Thanks for the link, I did read it and also the one in the UK website however nowhere does it state which countries belong to which region specifically in terms of DJI warranty coverage or the DJI Care program which is what I really need to know.

Hi there, sorry for the late reply. You can also apply for warranty service for the drone in the UK. To ensure that you can enjoy the services normally, DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country. Thanks, I was actually just going to summarize a chat I just had with UK support, stating that the drone would have warranty in the UK even if purchased in Germany due to falling under the same region ie "Europe".

Thanks for confirming that as well, I will also obtain the Care service package from here in Germany before I go.
