This drone doesn't interest me much but It is good that we can use a controller and the Goggles of the FPV race drone. According to the site you can fly Manual, interesting....

Since DJI have made it compatible with the DJF FPV handset and Googles, and likely having amazing batteries ( self balancing, longer lasting ) will definitely look at just buying the craft itself.  Praise for DJI: Well done in making this backwards compatible, now you just have to do is :

- update the DJI FPV chasis to have snap-in replaceable arms
- integrate the Air Unit in the same way as the Avata with DJI FPV Googles / Controller
- open up the configuration a bit so we don't have to send off crafts to remove erroneous error messages ( and allow some customisation of props ...)

and all is forgiven :0)

Btw: is there like a secret members club because it seems like if your in it you know what DJI are going to release and when?

I’m expecting to see an acrobatic mode using the motion controller! When will it be released? Should be also available for the DJI FPV.
About the 18 minutes of flying time of the AVATA, don’t believe it, and if it is possible then only under special flying conditions like static hovering (max. Hovering time should be a common spec for all drones)
An interesting info about the FPV model, when I installed this propeller guards the drone automatically detects them and change to a suitable more restrictive flying mode.
