Same here yesterday august 11 im using Poco X3 the dji fly is not working anymore.

Having the same issue on my S21 Ultra 512gb 16gb ram running latest Android.

Updated to the August security patch and the DJI fly official app no longer opens.

I get the constant message saying that the application contains a bug and please contact the developer.

Ive cleared my cache and uninstalled the app and reinstalled it multiple times.

I had no problems untill the August android update.

Please help.

Problem fixed.
1.6.12 - downloaded it . Ran it . No more insta-crashes.

DJI will post it soon on their website . Just not officially released yet.

It's great that you have it but how long til everyone has it?  The administrator said they would DM but still waiting to hear anything.

Having the same problem. Asus ZenFone 8 and DJI Fly immediately crashes. Apparently version 1.6.12 will fix this but it is not available yet. Helpful

I'm having the same issue, I have a Samsung s21 ultra and the app crashes.  I haven't been able to fly my Air 2s, is there a fix coming soon? I use it for real estate, is Litchi safe to use? I hate using other than the factory app but I need my drone. Thank you for all your help!

I am having same issue. I am using Oneplus 9pro using Android 12 with latest updates. I have tried installing 1.6.9 and 1.4.2 and all with no luck. After connect my RC it's starting crash. Before that it is opened normally only.

Any suggestions to resolve my issue will be appreciated

I am having the same Issue.   App opens and connects to drone but the camera is all black.  I downloaded Litchi app and it works just like normal.

I am still waiting for a reply as well.  If you do not have any luck before you need it, download the app Litchi.  It costs $25 on the app store but it works perfectly.  I needed something today for work so I resorted to buying it and was impressed.  

It would be nice if DJI would help us out, but I couldn't wait.

I am having the same problem.  The DJI Fly app was working last week but since the last Android update it has stopped working.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled, downloaded an APX installer and reinstalled.  Nothing has worked.

It is very frustrating that this drone is completely reliant on an interface with another device and DJI can seem to stay ahead of compatability issues.

I need to get this corrected as soon as possible.  I have and important event tomorrow that I had hope to capture with this drone.

So far this drone has been a complete disappointment because or the app support.

I am using DJI mini 2.

The DJI app (v 1.6.9) on my phone ( Android v. 12, Vivo X60 pro +) was running perfectly well till 10th August, 2022. The next day onward the app wouldn't start. I keep getting the following error: " DJI Fly app hardening plug in is experiencing anomalies" each time I tap the app to open it. Screenshot attached for reference . I tried the following:
1) Clearing app cache and reopen the app
2) Uninstall and reinstall DJI app
3) Restart my phone and uninstall and install DJI app.
4) Contacted DJI support but no response received yet.


None of the above worked. Please help me ASAP! I am traveling and am unable to use my drone to capture any footage of the places I am visiting. I still have 8 days of travel to go. It's an emergency!!

DJI support is a joke the fact they don't publicly post the beta version to help all these people with the same problem...
