Can you confirm that it is version 1.6.12?

Search and download version 1.6.12 ... It works

Same issue after a factory reset on the OnePlus 9 Pro.

I have the exact same problem. The app keeps crashing. Tried reinstalling the app. And restarting the phone.  Please help.

Phone: Samsung S21 Ultra
Drone: Mavic 3

Same issue.  After the new security update on my s21 ultra the dji fly app crashes immediately. I'm at my brother's wedding and need it working asap,  please help!

Reinstalling has no use, V1.6.9 doe not work with the latest security patch. Download V1.6.12 (beta) and it will work again.

Mini 2 worked perfectly 36 hrs ago now, it's a paper weight, uninstalled and reinstalled cleared caches still nothing samsung A51 5g running 12

I have an s20 ultra and same issue . Can you please pm me too.

I have an s22 ultra which now the app crashes when opening. Please can you pm urgently with the fix as im using mine for work today. Is it possible that anyone whose had the pm can post publicy rather than wait for dji to reply ?

I am having same issue. I am using Oneplus 9 pro using Android 12 with latest updates. I have tried installing 1.6.9 and 1.4.2 and all with no luck. After connect my RC it's starting crash. Before that it is opened normally only.

I'm having the same issue on my mavic 3, message saying; something went wrong with dji fly. Dji fly closed  because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error, I have uninstalled/installed and updated the app to eliminate any software errors from my behalf please ive been using my galaxy Z fold 3 for a year
up until now within no issue's, please rectify this issue as soon as possible due to trying to finish a wedding scene for a young couple.
