Same issue.  After the new security update on my s21 ultra the dji fly app crashes immediately. I'm at my brother's wedding and need it working asap,  please help!

I have an s22 ultra which now the app crashes when opening. Please can you pm urgently with the fix as im using mine for work today. Is it possible that anyone whose had the pm can post publicy rather than wait for dji to reply ?

Hi, I'm using a Samsung S21 Ultra 5G running Android 12.
PLEASE NOTE I don't use the DJI Fly App, my issue is with the DJI Mimo app.

I tried several older versions of DJI Fly, and also the newest, same thing , when I open the app it just closes or crashes , whatever happens. I`m unable to use my Air 2. Can you please help?

Android 12 with android security patch from 01. August 2022.

It used to work before but it broke after the security update. Got this to work on a fresh phone once but it broke the 2nd time I opened the app there again. I paid good money for this and this is quite unacceptable, I missed good footage at an erupting volcano because of this. Please fix this ASAP!
Phone: S20+ and another samsung.

Same issue for me as my phone just changed to Android 12 this morning.  Uninstalled, reinstalled to the latest version and still not working for my Samsung Note 2o.  Thanks for your help.

here is what im running android 12 and one ui 4.1 on galaxy s21 ultra

Its look like new android 12 update mess up with Dji applications . Need just wait till they fix them software to be more compatible with android.

Same problem here on Xiaomi Mi10T it's with Android 12.

The same problem. Restarting, cleaning, reinstall... Nothing happens. Just crash. Mi10 12 android. Miui 13.

All my DJI apps ( DJI FLY & DJI MIMO) have stopped working as of midnight last night when my phone upgraded to Android 12. This is not an acceptable situation and we look to DJI to provide a suitable workaround or app update ASAP!

I just got my DJI mavic mini 2 back after warranty with and my app keeps crashing.  In between having to send in my drone for warranty over something and now this app not loading, is really starting to make me not want to buy any more products.

What do I need to do to get this app to load?

I am also running an Android with up-to-date security profile and software
