All of my DJI software is now useless and will not open, and I am going on a trip to Italy. My drone and OM 5 are useless pieces of equipment now that all the software stopped working yesterday.

I have a Samsung S21 Ultra with most recent android 12.

What the heck is going on?!!!

All my DJI apps ( DJI FLY & DJI MIMO) have stopped working as of midnight last night when my phone upgraded to Android 12. This is not an acceptable situation and we look to DJI to provide a suitable workaround or app update ASAP!

My app crashes for dji mini se. Running oneplus9 w android 12 please help im in the middle of vacation.

Couple of days ago it was working properly but today when I tried to fly my DJI mini 2, DJI fly app is crashing down again and again. I don't know what's wrong with it however I'm loosing my work due to this. I'm using Android 12 version. Please provide me with the solution asap.

App won't open. Installed, reinstalled. I had to download an alternative fly app Rainbow to make it work. No good. (:  Help!!

Same issue, app will not start after latest Android update (v 12). I am on a Google Pixel 5. What shall I do?

Same here. Samsung Galaxy A71, Android 12, Fly App 1.6.9 (latest from DJI). Works fine two days ago.

Same problem here.  I have an android phone (Samsung s21) and the app crash as soon as it start. My girlfriend has an iPhone and om her phone it works. Please help.

I am having same issue. I am using Oneplus 9 pro using Android 12 with latest updates. I have tried installing 1.6.9 and 1.4.2 and all with no luck. After connect my RC it's starting crash. Before that it is opened normally only.

Any suggestions to resolve my issue will be appreciated

SOLVED!! For those having problems with the App crashing. Try downloading the app directly to your computer and then transferring it to your phone or downloading it from google drive. IT WORKED FOR ME!

Heloo, i have android 12, I solved it with version DJI Fly 1.6.12 I don't understand why it didn't appear in the download, I got it from a friend

Today I already resolved this issue downloading this APK from my computer from DJI website. Then I copied to my cellphone by cable and install APK directly in your cellphone. It's works!!

Exactly the same for me.   DJI Fly and DJImimo both won't run on Samsung S21 Ultra.

Click the app icon and just closes.   Have tried reinstalling many times and also allowing everything in permissions.  Won't run.   Only just Purchased DJI OM 4 Camera Gimbal and now considering sending it back if I can't use it..     Latest app still no go

I have the same problem with the Ronin app for android. Is there any beta available that solves the problem?

1.6.10 released and can be downloaded from the DJI website. It should fix the problem, I think.

It's working again, had to uninstall and download the most up to date from dji

Hi, since august update, the DJI Ronin app for my S2 wont start anymore.  I use a S22 Ultra under android 12 with android security  update of 1st August 2022.

The app even don't , I cleaned and downloaded again and again the last app version 1.5 from DJI.

Please could you provide me with a fix ?
