I just change my Galaxy S21 ultra to the Galaxy S22 ultra and now the DJi mimo not even open, it throw a message saying "Clear the cache of the app because it has a bug"
Any solution to this problem?

Kindly please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Mimo application on your mobile device from this DJI Link ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-mimo ) to see if the issue will still persist? In addition, kindly please save all important information photos and videos before uninstalling the DJI Mimo application on your mobile device for you not to loose these files. If the issue persist kindly please try using a different recommended mobile device for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Thank you.

I've a similar issue with the DJI MIMO - I can't open it. Yesterday a bought a brand new DJI OSMO 4 SE and everything works good, but suddenly (after 3h) the app's stop working, without any notification before.
I don't see any updates of the main system (I'm using a Xiaomi Mi 11, android 12, security from 2022-07-01)  in the mean time. I checked the apk (DJI MIMO) on my wife phone (Galaxy Note 10 lite) and everthing works good.

Could someone help me - pls.

Estou tendo o mesmo problema, não consigo utilizar o aplicativo em meu s22 ultra :/

Mismo problema "DJI Fly" y "DJI Mimo" dejaron de andar. Tengo un Samsung S22 Ultra con android 12.
Descargué la app DJI Fly v 1.6.12 desde un enlace de HATU y ahora abre, mañana la probaré.
Para DJI MINO aún no he encontrado solución. Agradezco si me pueden enviar una solución.

Esta versión he probado a instalarla y sigue sin funcionar !!  Al intentar abrirla se destella y se cierra, lo mismo que estaba sucediendo con la versión anterior de DJI FLY. Por favor necesito una solución. gracias

Latest version of mimo does not launch on my galaxy s22 ultra. Just says there is a problem

I just installed it yesterday on my S22 Ultra. I scanned the barcode and phone downloaded the app, it installed and worked fine.

Compré hoy el DJI Osmo Mobile 5, tengo un Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra y no he podido poner a funcionar la app, me sale error y no abre. Veo que es un problema general y DJI no se esfuerza por solucionar.

I couldn't even get it to run this morning but the latest version (mostly) works. Uninstall Mimo and download the latest APK.
