Just bought new phone, but seems it have problem just from the start. Open white screen, try to rotate, and closes. Same problem with other DJI app. Fortunately I have Litchi for backup (opening fine)

Kindly please try to uninstall an reinstall the DJI Fly application ( https://www.dji.com/dji-fly ) to see if the issue will still persist? In addition, please sync all of your flight records before uninstalling the DJI Fly application on your mobile device for you not to loose your previous flight information. If the issue persist kindly please try using a different recommended mobile device for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Thank you.

I've done install/uninstall multiple times. Still not working. My previous device (Oneplus 5) can run it without problems. But after transferring to new device, I wipe clean my old device. I have the same problem with DJI mimo software. Other external app (non play store) can run without problem in my new device.
I don't know where the compatibility issu lies. Maybe in Android 12, or New processor type?

Hi mate can you send me the link DJI fly app that work for Poco f4. I got same problem, previously running it on oppo Reno 2f it work fine. I have change my phone to poco f4 turnout to have same problem with you.

It didn't work last year with Poco F4GT.
With the DJI Fly V 1.11.0 it works fine now (2023/07/30).
