Hi

I have a Pixel 4a with Android 12 and found that the DJI Fly app suddenly won't work.
I have tried reinstalling from DJI website, clearing cache and storage and also restarting phone.
Nothing seems to work.

This means I cannot use my DJI Mini 2.

Please help!

Since two days ago my dji app can't start. Tried it all and nothing works...
We are in a trip with such an expensive drone and we can't use it... please help asap
We have the mini2 and s21 phone.

Same here. Tried all the above, de-install, re-install....
Android 12 on Moto G30.
Everything worked fine till last week. Since yesterday App keeps Crashing after 2-3 seconds, doesn't even open.

Help highly appreciated. Would love to use the DJI drone on this beautiful thai beach.

Message Stephen directly and i'm sure he will send you the link and the password to download the solution.
DJI should just post the download link on the website as so many people are affected by this.

I had the same issue I couldn't find the PM. I couldn't find it using my phone. I had to use my laptop to view the messages. It will be a link from Stephen and a password to access the file.
The updated app fixed my issue and I can now run DJI Fly now
