The label for my package has been created but it still hasn’t gotten to ups it’s been 4 days but I’m in Dallas and it shipped to Fort Worth something is wrong

Can they check if my drone is still at the repair shop and it just hasn’t shipped yet because I’d rather know its still there than it being shipped to the wrong place
