I opened a case and got an address in the Netherland (outside of my country).


the technical problem is with the gimbal :


- do I need to unscrew the propellers ?

- do I need to send the RC?

Hi there. It is recommended to send us the defective product or components together for testing. If the propellers, SD card, and charger are functioning normally, they are not required for shipment. Thank you.
