I maybe got a bit over-ambitious with this one, ending up with a 30Mb composite file.
Images shot with the Mini3Pro @ 35m A.G.
Consequently, I've had to split the composite image into several parts to squeeze it through the DJI filter limit.

Stiching looks great,  although I think you needed to take a few more shots for the top right.

Yeah, the trees were in the way. Original stitched image is far better than these compressed images.

Wow that is quite the mosaic project Mr. B.    I love the animal face in the shot in Post 2.

Yep. That was at 06h30,   I thought I'd followed a straight grid, but it turned out a bit skewed
And a lot of detail is lost on compression. The original images were much sharper.

Still an excellent job.    With the compression requirements of the forum and youtube you for sure lose details.  Alas, nothing we can do about that but press onward.

I quite like the top one for some reason kind of empathizes you have taken some slices of images of the world, you could be on to something here! This is where automated mapping would be a real bonus. Such a good subject. I tried to do something like this with my house and section, I have a corrugated iron roof about 4-5m high and the stitcher struggled with something that height from 30m (can't go higher here due to local airport) plus lining up a corrugated roof is a very tricky job for a stitcher when parallax involved and drone moved from shot to shot, either need more height or a different roof! Nice work

Thanks mate.  Mosaics are a lot more complex than first appearances would indicate.
Clearly I need more practice.  The Mini3Pro is going to be busy.
And I may experiment with the M2Zoom as well.

I think if you can get high enough there are less issues, but of course you have to move the drone more then. As you say practice key and hope to use a lot on subjects in the future if they are suitable
