I just came back from the store and the camera is asking my to activated it with the app (MIMO App), first of all the freaking app is not in the playstore, second and most important all version that are avilable in their website when i open them they crash inmediatley. i try unistalling many times and reinstalling, also try diferent versions etc, they all crash..

$500 poket camera usless product.

Looks like support gives a dam about customers...

1.7.20 crashes and 1.7.24 crashes and is not way to use this as it should without the phone app.

Have we tried actually contacting DJI support or is this forum where you expect them to solve your problem?

The DJI people that check in here are moderators, not techs.

I'm experiencing the same problem.  The app has been working on my android phone until early Aug 2022, after the android update the DJI MIMO app started crashing and I could not use it at all.  I hope DJI can fix this as soon as possible.

Same here, the dji Mimo apps crash on Xiaomi mi 10 pro which is a compatible device.

Sounds like it's possibly the Android update ...

I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra... You would think that one of the latest phones on the market would be supported... However DJI have other ideas

The latest phones are often the most likely not to be supported.
