Hi Teamif anyone can as assist my DJI pilot app has been crashing for the past 4 days on my A73 Samsung.

I have tried downloading new update on the DJI website still no joy. Is there a new update or an APK file to use?

Hi there, we are sorry to know about the issue. May I ask what operation you've done before the crashing issue appear? Could you please tell us the current app version and OS version of your phone?

Its been almost weeks i have fly the drone so there is no operation i have used the drone for. The current app im using is v2.5.1.10
On an android version 12

You can try the following ways:
1. Try again after the app clears the cache;
2. Change another mobile phone, it may be caused by the compatibility of mobile phones.
Could you provide us with APP LOG via Google drive or Dropbox as well?

I have the same problem.
samsung S21. android 12.
stuck.wont work. I have done uninstall and its not working.
I tries to download 1.6.10 and 1.6.12

Ok but what i dont get is why is DJI FLY app is the only app working on my phone. I downloaded the recent update it worked just that its not compatable to my drone mavic 2 enterprise dual cam

Any further update on this? I see version 2.5.10 is still the latest one on the website.

This is not working with our Samsung S21's on Android 12.
