Hi,

Until yesterday I was able to use the DJI Mimo on my Galaxy 21 Ultra on Android 12, then the app crashed and I could not open it anymore.

So I tried to reinstall it, the app cannot be found on the Play Store so I downloaded and installed the apk on DJI website : https://www.dji.com/be/downloads/djiapp/dji-mimo, but the app doesn't open, I tried to change many settings/autorisations on the app but it didn't help.

I heard other users received an alternative apk file for Android 12, does it exist for the Mimo app ?

Hello,

I have exactly the same problem on my Google Pixel 6 running Android 6, i've tried to reinstall the app with older version or the New one but it still don't work

as this is a problem that isnt just the mimo not working , ive had go4 now crash and fly app too maybe you could sort the problem as i now have 3 of your products that are unusable , or instead of pm,ing the solution to those who ask post the solution for all of us that are now sporting expensive paperweights (again)

Hi, just got my OM5 today.  I have the same problem.  I have downloaded the DJI Mimo APK from the DJI website and went through the installation steps.  When I launch it, the screen flashes black and then goes back to my desktop.  Please send me the same PM that others have been receiving.  Thank you.

P.S.  I have a Samsung Galaxy S22+ with Android 12.

Hi there, we are sorry for the issue, please try the following methods and see if the issue can be solved:

1. Go to the mobile phone’s “System Settings” and find “Installing an Unknown Application”. Enable the “Allow application installation from this source” switch.

2. Check the mobile phone’s internal storage, and clear its cache. The remaining memory must be greater than 2GB.

3. Please make sure that you have uninstalled the previous version of DJI Mimo app before installing the latest version, please back up the needed files and uninstall the app and try again.

4. Please try to find the app file in the file manager and install the app there.

Please keep us updated if the issue persists.

Yes, that's my version... after download, it shows as version 1.7.20 - please, look at the screenshots.
