My friend of mine bought the Mavic Air 2S without the RC from Flea Market, then He bought RC from eBay. The drone and RC are connected but still show a message " Connected Device not bound to aircraft. Unable to start aircraft ". The Drone is still bound with the previous owner. Please Help !!

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Can you please provide us with a screenshot of the error message? In addition, kindly please try to download the DJI Assistant 2 software and please update/refresh both aircraft and RC firmware and check if the issue persists. If yes, kindly please uninstall and reinstall the DJI Fly app and please make sure that you are logged in then check if there are some changes. Please keep us posted. Thank you

it could be stolen, does he have N1 controller? Prevoius owner have to unbind the aircraft form the account before selling
