Hey guys,

I have a pixel 4 xl and I had this exact same issue with android 12... please update the app to support android 13 I am a professional and although I have a 3rd party app as a backup I would like to continue to use DJI first party apps to operate my very expensive drone. coudld you please update the app as soon as possible to support android 13.. my phone is supported, my device is working properly just update the app please..

Same here but on Android 12.

Downloaded the same app from DJI website but no luck.

That's strange that it doesn't work on 12 for you. I was using .46 or .43 i can't remember exactly which one i had. Did you try any older versions of the app?

Have exactly the same problem with Android 13 and the newest DJI Go 4  4.3.50 Version. Any solution there???

The link on the 4th page helped me, now DJI GO 4 works again on Samsung Note 20, Android 12. Just had to uninstall the old app.

Thanks for you support! With the downloaded version I'm able to start the app, but there is a black camera in the fly mode. Recording looks normal. With my iPhone I've no problems. Does anyone has the same problems? My device is a Google Pixel 6 Pro.

Pixel 6 Pro, Android 13. DJI Go app crashes instantly. Same problem with Android 12. Very frustrating.

DJI Go, or DJI Go 4?
Have you tried this link (this is Go 4, fix DJI Go 4 problem, for me) ?
You need to uninstall the old version first.

The app immediately crashes on android 13.
When is DJI going to fix it?
I don't want to download from any unofficial links.
