Hi there, sorry for any issue you encountered. Please be advised that the LRF file will not cause the issues you encountered, it is just a proxy file. This file is prepared for the usage of the Trimmed Download function for videos in the DJI Mimo app.
Could you please confirm if there is any error message popped up while the recording stops? Please make sure that the SD card has enough space for recording the videos. It does take some time for saving the video, and is also related to the resolution/framerate of the video. Regarding the corruption file issue, please provide a video of this for further confirmation.
Please also provide a screenshot of the firmware information of the Pocket 2, and a picture of the SD card. Thank you. |
