"The DJI Mavic 3 has been granted the first ‘C1’ certificate for flying in the EU, which owners will be able to request via a firmware update later this year. This is big news for owners of that drone, but also an important landmark for all current and future DJI drones."

Hello there ReproRetro. Good day and thank you for giving out these interesting information. Again, thank you for your support and have a nice day.
From another news article,"The C1 certificate has been issued by the officially-recognized notified body of TÜV Rheinland and is testament to the DJI team’s determination and hard work to comply with the new European Drone Regulation as early as possible. It is valid across the European Economic Area (EEA, i.e. EU plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) and applies to all hardware and C1-updated-firmware of the current DJI Mavic 3 series. "
Thank you for the info! I am just wondering with that new Active Track Regulation of 50m. Does it mean we only can track people or objects which are between 0-50m away or is it between 50- about lets say 100? And what about orbiting around a mountain peak? So if I understand it correctly, that will not be possible anymore except I stay within 50m, which can be a bit to close for a mountain peak.
