Hi Guys

I m having problems with my M30T
When selecting the Zoom camera is the picture coming back to the controllor is just white (white image)
The wide and Thermal camera seems to be working fine

Anyone out there with the same problem or any idea of a solution

Have you already tested the new firmware from 17.08.2022?

Hi Greg, sorry for the issue, could you please tell us the firmware of the aircraft and controller, and provide a screen recording of the issue if it can be reproduced? We will check it with our engineers.

I did the latest firmware update on Monday 22 August 2022
Aircraft Firmware: v04.02.00.00
Remote Controller Firmware: v01.02.02.40

But still the same problem

This problem has been there right from the start when I first switched on the drone
I then did all the firmware updates but still having the same problem
The zoom camera not working, just showing a white screen

Hi there, please try to refresh the latest firmware for the drone, and relink the aircraft and controller. Try to select cameras between Zoom and Wide/Thermal camera multiple times. If the issue persists, we may suggest that you send the drone in for a further diagnosis.
