Gimbal jumps by itself with no inputs

Hi,
has somebody encountered the same thing ?
The gimbal of my Mavic 3 has started to jumps (down) by itself with no input.

It's probably because of the wind causing the drone to have to angle. When the gimbal limit is reached, the gimbal will jump down by itself.

May we please know before having this issue, did your DJI Mavic 3 had a hard landing or a crash before and may we please know if you are receiving any error message or error codes on the DJI Fly application when this is happening? thank you for your reply!
No hard landing or crash, and no message seen when it occured (several times).
Before this problem happened I had a message "Erreur capteur" ("Sensor error").
