Hi Monty. That was a screen grab from a flight of the M2Z, so not the best of shots, you're right.
Wtih the Mini3Pro I've been experimenting with adjusting the EV, which helps. You have advised me about that in the past

That explains it.
Yeah, -0.7 works best for me.
Or (if you want to do some post processing) AEB5 and merge them in post.
I use Affinity Photo for that. Worth the € 60,- just for that feature alone.

TBH, I only shoot AEB on my drone.
Usually there is a lot of dynamic range to cover with both sky and ground in the same shot.
