I cant use my dji macic 2 pro with samsung s21. Is there anyone beta version for New phones.

The APK doesn't solve the problem.
Intermittant, sporadic video and completely unusable.

I have the same exact issue with my Pixel 7 pro, video feed is barely updating every 30 seconds or so. The drone is basically unusable with my device and I have to use an old phone in order to use the drone. I will not update to a newer drone if that means in couple of years I won't be able to fly that either. Please DJI do something for your customers...

The download worked and the app finally opened. I'm using a Samsung S22 Ultra Android version 13. Will try to fly and report back with flight status.

With Android 13 on Pixel 7 Pro once installed DJI Go 4 I only see the black screen and not the video. Sometimes I see the video jumping from black and white to colore but it does not work App.

I have same problem with my Pixel 7 Pro.
This is really annoying

I had to return my old Xiaomi Pocophone F1 and all its ok again.
But this can not to be the solution. I need to can yo use my Pixel 7 Pro

Sorry for the inconvenience. If you have tried to download the latest version of DJI GO 4 app from https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-go-4 and try to enable USB debugging on the system settings but the connection still does not work, there may be a compatibility issue with this device.
I will take note of the compatibility request for the engineers' notices. Sorry again for the issue.

Hi Susan, I too cannot get any usable video stream on my DJI Mavic 2 using my Pixel 7 Pro, or Pixel 6 Pro.

Last year had the same problem with the android 12 upgrade. This is very poor.

Hi guys I got the Problem I can't even log into the dji go 4 app it just says check internet connection (wifi and 4g). Currently using Android 13 also the old APK didn't change the fact with the login problems.

i have a mavic 2 pro and samsung 22 ultra with android 13
i have installed go4 ver 4.3.54 for the 1st time on this phone and it works fine
i havent fly it yet but from what i see theres no issues so far

I also facing same problems on my Samsung A54 with Android 13 firmware. I use official DJI APK latest version 4.3.54, but my Mavic 2 Zoom got no live feed with Image Communication Error / Signal Lost.

The post here by @Chushpajz explains a likely reason why the DJI GO4 doesn't work with pixel phones. I have the same issue myself, picture stutters and mostly black and white. This makes the drone useless for me. This is most likely fixed with the DJI SDK, but the GO 4 app doesn't use the latest Android Mobile SDK 4.16.1  (and newer versions) Release Date 2022.03.18.
