Is it normal for the remote to get hot within the first 10 mins of use? This is the remote that came with the screen already attached.

Yes, it can get quite hot - and the fan(s) exhaust the air right where you're holding it.

Can you please confirm if you are using the said controller in an environment where in it gets direct sunlight? Are you using a sun screen on the built-in screen? Can you please scale from 1-10 how hot the RC is when using it? Please keep us posted. Thank you.

No I was using  the controller after a evening rain it was about to get dark. I take it this is not normal.
