Is there a way to check the battery cycle counts if I don't have an operating Mavic Air (crashed) with me? Can't find this information in this forum or on the web. TIA

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. The DJI Go 4 app will provide you with the information if you connect your drone to the application.

1. Where can I find the battery SN and cycle times in DJI GO 4 app?

Go to Camera > Settings (  at the upper right corner ) > Aircraft Battery  > Details.

2. What battery information can I find in Details on DJI GO 4?
You can find the Serial Number, Battery Cycle Count, and Current Status. A battery cycle count is calculated when the battery discharges 75%, regardless of the charging or discharging times during the cycle count.

Hope this helps. Should you have other inquiries, please don't hesitate to reach us. Thank you for your valued support.

The moderator's suggestion won't be any help in your situation.
But the recorded flight data for each flight contains this information.
If you still have the phone/tablet you flew with, you can get the flight data.
If you post it here, I can find the battery data for you.

Go to: https://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/Upload/
... where you'll find instructions.
That will give a report you can post a link for the report here.
Or just post the .txt file.

If you can not switch the drone on successfully.
The charge count is recorded in the .txt flight log. if you want it for just one flight the upload the log to
https://www.phantomhelp.com/logviewer/upload/
download the csv and look for a column whose title contain "loop".
Alternatively download to a Windows computer CsvView from  https://datfile.net/CsvView/downloads.html and process the log with that. From memory the loop number is displayed in summary you will be presented with. If it isn't export the csv (click the top left button along the top bar of the summary window and open that csv etc. etc.)
If you want to do it en-masse for a 'small quantity' of logs the easiest way is to upload the logs to airdata. Once uploaded pick a log from the log list, open the "power" section then click the info tab .
Alternatively, and Windows only,  go to https://phantompilots.com/thread ... sv-converter.70428/ download TXTlogToCSVtool.zip . You will need to read how to use the command line and a file search but it can be set to process individual logs en-masse and output a csv for each log. If you get stuck I can dig out my crude way of doing it. If you can code for windows you could then probably write a script to extract the charge count from each csv, I can't so use  linux to do that.

Thank you for the prompt replies. Unfortunately it's been a while since I crashed my Mavic Air and I no longer have the phone that I used back then. I have the videos saved but not any of the meta data. Right now I have only the controller and 2 intelligent batteries and I'm trying to assess the health of the batteries to decide if I want to invest in a replacement drone body only or just get a brand new set.
