I posted in a thread that is dealing with this issue but no reaction.

DJI GO 4 crashes immediately at start.

I used my drone few days ago (Samsung A51, Android 12 One-UI-Version 4.1). I stopped for literally 5 minutes and wanted to start again. DJI GO 4 will not start anymore. Crashes immediately. I did delete the installed version and downloaded the newest one from https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-go-4 as suggested several times by @administrator but no help.

So I currently cannot fly.

What can I do?

PS: I can ensure you that my phone did not upgrade to Android 12 in those 5 minutes

Hello,

it keeps on restarting during the download. Download is extremely slow. After it manages to reach around 100 MB, it restarts from scratch. Cannot be a local internet issue. Are to many people downloading at the same time?

After several attempts it ended up downloading completely.  installed this app and now it is working. App does not crash anymore
