Has anyone experienced gimbal overload error on a Zenmuse L1 while mapping & in general flight?

I have a customer that has activated their unit completed 3 flights and on the second flight this issue has now begun. Gimbal has full control in normal GPS mission and functions normally in a mapping mission with the overload warning appearing in the mission. When the Mapping mission is completed the gimbal begins to move left and right, I have not experienced this before on any of the more expensive Zenmuse payloads.

Any help would be appreciated before the return and long process of a replacement / inspection begins.

Hi, sorry for the issue that happened to your drone. The issue may cause by the high wind speed of the flight environment, however, we may need the flight log for double confirmation.
Could you please provide the issued flight log from the aircraft (download the DJI Assistant 2 and export the log by connecting the drone to DJI Assistant 2, link: https://www.dji.com/matrice-300/downloads), the screenshot of the error message, and the video of the flight if it was saved?
