Hi, sorry for the issue that happened to your drone. The issue may cause by the high wind speed of the flight environment, however, we may need the flight log for double confirmation.
Could you please provide the issued flight log from the aircraft (download the DJI Assistant 2 and export the log by connecting the drone to DJI Assistant 2, link: https://www.dji.com/matrice-300/downloads), the screenshot of the error message, and the video of the flight if it was saved? You can upload the files to Dropbox and send the link here. Look forward to your reply.
