I wanted to use the soundtrack from the film ROCKY but it's copyrighted
So I used this clip I cobbled together with MusicMaker a couple of years ago.

No doubt about needing a siesta afterwards.  However, you did look like you were very comfortable on all the work-out stations.   Now I know how you are able to make those long walks and climb the hills.

Nice to see those being used in practice. Made for a nice video. We have a similar kind of outdoor park where I live. Not sure if I could use those as fluidly as you did though

I've benefitted from good health and fitness most of my life RDB, but I confess I've let it slide the last couple of years. Time to get back up to scratch

I have to admit that I worked out regularly when in the Navy.  Got a bit lazy after retirement.  Now I swim laps at an indoor pool 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes each session and then dive as often as I can.  Good work out for the old cardio.  Starting eating more healthy helped out my fitness a lot.

Yes,   I think it deserves to be in the sports section,    15 mile walk completed this morning,  some of it in the rain,    found a boat that had run aground last night and the owner had to spend the night on it sideways,   wanted to get the drone over to it but I dont like flying the mini's in the rain.

That applies to many kinds of exercise and sports, and that's not exactly my greatest suit But I'll guess I should get myself moving a little more. I did sign in for a couple of physical courses on my local community college and await for them to begin. Also, the weather has been mostly nice lately and I got a reasonably new bicycle, so I could take it for a ride occasionally. Possibly with the Pocket 2 attached on to the handlebar :-)

I would expect it left yesterday around 1pm though the tide wasnt that high so he may not have had enough water,   I will check later though from the other side this time.   I can only venture onto the island once a week and even then I have to avoid the town.

Nice,  my lens kept foggin up so I called it a day with just one battery.
