Hi,

I have a Samsung Z Fold 3 5G and have been using the device perfectly for more than 6 months until the 1st August 2022 after a software update.

The DJI GO 4 App crashes all the time after the update. I have installed  the latest APK v4.3.50 with no sucesss.

I did many factory resets with limit application installed. DJI Go4 will work until a device restart then crashes again. I have enabled the developer options and disbaled any updates with many configuration options on/off with no success.

The device is currently running Android 12, UI Version 4.1, Build SP1A.210812.016.F926BXXU1CVG8 with Android Security Patch 1 August 2022.

Is there a possible fix or a possible route to backdate my device to an earlier version.

Hi Susan,

Thank you for the update. I have uninstalled v4.3.50 and installed the beta version.

It seems to be working again :-)

I managed to do make a video survey today.

I will keep you posted on stability.

I can't connect wit Samsung fold too.
In the connection guide it is not searcing for the aoircraft???

Hi, could you please tell us the model of your aircraft and the details, or use another phone to record the issue for us to check it further?
