Finally another video post after a somewhat lengthy hiatus.

Decided to try and see if I could use Hyperlapse mode to make timelapses while keeping the Pocket 2 tilted towards the table. I think it turned out reasonably well, except for my messy hair making an unexpected cameo

I do admit it was a bit lengthy, but on the other hand it was partially intentional. For instance, I decided to show the finished drawing for a while so people could better see the end results. But one of my friends involved in the project suggested the same, so I might take that into consideration.

The fox looks like that because when I was planning the original version, the fox looked friendlier and maybe a bit soft-hearted, but one of the project leaders said they wanted the fox to have a bit more "attitude", and I ended up doing that. And this version was greenlighted for the final version.

And yeah, as for the hair, I should have done that forehand Didn't expect that to show up in the way it ended up on the video, but didn't want to leave anything of the process out. Maybe next time I will look tidier

Quite the contrary, I do have multiple sets though most of them were not shown on the video. I do occasionally have problems in finding enough space to store them. But you can always have more And actually, I do have a couple of tones I should get more

Will have to consider doing that more often if I end up showing myself more on my YouTube videos. But on the other hand, I've been considering keeping myself a bit hidden to deepen the mystery among the viewers

I do have a couple of sets from multiple different brands - some are complete deluxe sets, others are smaller. The one shown in the clip is the Derwent set, complete with all 72 tones they have released in the watercolor series. I also used some Caran d'Ache ones for this. Plus I have some Koh-I-Noors and Faber-Castells. So yeah, I have some.

One thing that popped into my mind while doing this. Any thoughts on when to use basic timelapse instead of this? As hyperlapse did allow for keeping the Pocket 2 at an angle, which the basic timelapse does not allow. The only scenario I can think of is when wanting to predetermine the length of the timelapse video. Though I'll have to say I haven't done that many yet, so possibly haven't thought all the possible points of it.

Any thoughts and feedback are welcome.

Depends on a manufacturer though. For instance, Caran d'Ache has hundreds of different tones, and I don't think I'll try to get them all. But my go-to choice is usually Derwent, and there I have the complete set of their watercolor line.
