I  would like to buy a Mavic 3, but i read i cant do ortophoto in mission fligth.
Right now i do the ortophoto with a mavic 2 pro.

Fundamentally correct.  The Mavic 3 has no SDK so the required automation software to do good orthos is not able to control the M3.  It does however exist for M2Pro.  Naturally people will disagree with what I said and suggest you can always fly manually, but I doubt they are getting the results that are required for commercial work.
