Tried many times to open the dji go 4 app on my samsung S20 ultra (android 12) with no luck at all. I can not conact my controller to my Mavic Air..!  What shall do?

Have you got an older phone in a drawer somewhere with Android 10 on it?

Do you have some sort of firewall or ad block thats stopping the link working.  Its fine here.
