Note:

Hi! What about embedding gyroscope data in the recorded video on the aircraft on DJI FPV? When will it be available? The drone is awesome, but stabilization is really bad in comparison with the go pro and Reelsteady go and Gyro Flow stabilization. You guys will receive a ton of new sales for your DJI FPV drones if you give us an opportunity to use other apps for stabilization.

No, the original Air Units and Vistas are not supported by the new Goggles 2.  Currently, the Goggles 2 only supports the Avata.

Hello, yesterday I uploaded my dji fpv a drone to the new firmware. The Dji Goggles has now version of firmware v01.03.0000, remote controller has version v02.00.0200 and the drone  v01.01.0000. Now I cant connected my Goggles to the drone. Even when I downgrade version for all part DJI, the Goggles cannot establish a connection with the drone. Please, what cant I do?  

Theres a new firmware available for the drone and it doesn’t update for me in the app or the assistant it only shows V.01.01 someone help !

Because your drone is just sitting there not flying, so it's went into low power state to preserve your battery and limit the amount of heat it generates.  Its a good thing, not a bad thing.

Strange.. I just deleted the app on my iPhone, redownloaded to my phone and it’s still v1.3.2.. not sure what DJI’s process is for updating the App Store.

go into goggles menu and select virtual flight. Follow instruction to connect goggles and motion controller and works.

Yep, I got the same problem. I tried everything.

What i did: update motion controller firmware with dji assistant. Got on ipad DJI Fly app (my son wanted to try the virtual flight) connected and updated firmware goggles 2 it also asked to activate goggles and care refresh, then closed the app and shutdown googles, restarted fresh app, connected goggles and right after turned on avata, again firmware update,activation of avata and care refresh. You need to be patient, if you wait DJI Fly will ask for update and activation and also make sure you have everything charged. It took a while but i ended up with everything updated, started avata for a short flight until my dog started barking, then played Virtual flight (select virtual flight in goggles 2 menu, think it was in other, way down the left menu).

Been using the flight simulator app iPhone with goggles 2 and motion controller.  It works for a while but often the googles screen goes black while the iPhone and controller are still working with
the simulation.  It feels like a bug in the goggle 2 firmware.

Me too, I could not get my android phone to find the DJI FLY app. But windows laptop got the Assistant 2 consumer drones downloaded and upgraded goggles and motion controller but not Avata.   VisionStarter3.exe-System Error
...because MSVCR100 was not found..  reinstalling did not fix

My avata Bricked after update. Flew before and now says esc error and will not fly. No it was not crash or hard landed. Battery was low and returned home and now i cant do anything. Ive reset the drone more than 15x and tried moving the props and i cant find any info online at all. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Hello! Can somebody explaine how rates EXP setting works in M mode? Why it sets from 0 to 1 in virtual fly app, and from 0to2 in actual Avata settings. And there is no graphic visualisation. I want to tune my rates on Avata but it seems not so easy for understanding for me.  Please help

Apologies, I've found that downloading the Consumer version of the assistant has worked!  Only taken 10 hours to find the solution!  Happy flying!

Didnt´ find it anywhere

Hi, is anyone know why Avata will drift & crash by itself when flying indoor, I crashed twice the moment I'm going to landing, it will drift by itself when it reach the landing point around 1m.

I just got the Avata, but in the sd card which I have a 128 the screen only shows 22 size card. I reset it, tried a new card but the same. Googles read correctly. any help? thank you.

I bought a new DJI AVATA. I switched off EIS and changed FOV to wide. But when uploading to gyroflow it does not detect any gyro data. The video codec is HEVC whereas the tutorials on YouTube show codec as H264.... what am I doing wrong?

GPS does not work indoors and the avata is supposed to switch to using visual positioning sensors when Indoors. VPS is not very effective over reflective surfaces hence the drifting.

I just bought this, my first ever drone, it wont activate, flashing green red blue. I get no prompt to update firmware on pc or app, goggles and controller updated fine. please help!!!

Is there a firmware update for the Avata Battery and the Goggles 2 Battery?  If so can this be done through DJI Assistant 2?
